we actually did it, they confirmed the linux version is happening. thanks for backing this because they really werent going to do it without all of us pushing. ill post more once i get the details on the release timeline.

I love linux, work on linux, enjoy free time on linux, but i also have a Windows partition, ONLY for Sim City ! I bought the game through origin, I just love Sim City since 2000, but i really dislike loosing 15 / 20 minutes to reboot under windows just for enjoying my favorite game, which does not work with play on linux.. Please port it on Linux !
We are the customer base you should entice, because we will add an addition +5-10% in gross sales
Been waiting for a decent city builder on linux for ages. The demand is definitely there.
