   Comments: We are requesting tha the Community Center remain open until 10:00 pm on the nights when groups are gathered and a key be given to the group leader. We are also petitiioning the Board to approve extended hours for one Saturday evening/month.

    Comments: I don't use the club house but just recently I had a function and considered using the club house only to find out it needs full approval of the BOD and the time limit was 9 PM. By the time it got voted it would have been to late and when a community function starts at 7, 2 hours doesn't allow much time to conduct business.

    Comments: I would also like to know how to get a petition where we can get support to keep RV's in our drive ways overnight when packing and unloading.... I agree with those hosting having a key....another common sense issue to me. I like to see things happen to make people that live here happy not unhappy.

    Comments: We need to have the community center open for social events and games/cards. I'm in favor of keeping the center open until 10:00 PM. In the past the activities director (a paid position) had keys. Since we don't have a paid activities director any longer it would only seem logical to me to give the keys to a chairperson so we can keep our activities. If you don't approve the above, hire another activities director and spend the $40,000 to pay him/her.

    Comments: HOA BOARD NEEDS TO USE MORE COMMON SENSE AND LESS RESTRICTIONS. WE HAVE BECOME A VERY UN-FRIENDLY COMMUNITY. WHY DO I, AS A RESIDENT, NEED PERMISSION TO USE THE COMMUNITY CENTER WHICH IS OWNED BY THE RESIDENTS LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
