We the undersigned hereby petition FISHERIES AND OCEANS CANADA in concert with THE NATIONAL MARINE CONSERVATION AREA AND PARKS CANADA to designate Silver Islet Harbour the access point to the National Marine Conservation Area (NMCA) of Lake Superior to immediately commit sufficient resources to ensure Silver Islet Harbour, Silver Islet Ontario, will be upgraded to guarantee continued use and function as a harbour of refuge.
