It's ya girl A.B.Y.S.S. aka "thABYSSness", female mc/singer. In recent meetings I've been told by tha industry that I need to look like Nicki Minaj, Rihanna, and Beyonce before they'll even LISTEN to my music!!! So you mean to tell me, I have to be a certain size or shape, show some or most of my skin, and talk about money & sex in order for them to pay attention??!! Isn't that some B.S.bullsh!t™??!! Correct me if I'm wrong but, I've always thought that it was up to YOU what type of music and artist YOU listen to and buy from. Sure it's cool to have a great image, but what is the artist actually saying?! That's why I'm cutting out tha middle man and I'm coming directly to YOU to ask what YOU think of my music. I refuse to be put in a box, or sell out!! Music is about expression and nobody can take that away. I love what I do, and I'll die before I quit! So, it would mean so much to me if you would take some time to listen, and support my journey. If you like what you hear, and think that I deserve a chance, then let them know!!
