   Comments: There is nothing wrong with the sidewalks we have! The construction alone will run the small business out of business! We need to concentrate on community funding and not big companys that come in and tell topeka haw to do things, History of topeka was built on family and fun! Joyland, waterparks,drive-ins! We topekans want something for us! What are we to do? Take are kids for walks on all the sidewalks in this town? Or Mabye drive through one of our many parking lotts! This town is barely enuff to talk about anymore...
