We the people of Topeka, Kansas say NO to spending tax dollars on improvements to the Downtown Kansas Ave area. By signing our names we are asking the City Council of Topeka Kansas to Vote NO on any matters that pertain to giving them to improvements in this area. We would like to see private funding and donations pay for upgrades to Kansas ave and our tax dollars spent on more important items around Topeka.
