All married men deserve to have a minimum of 1 side chick at all times. Not to exceed an excess of 11, unless there is a majority percentage approval from all parities thereof. All parties shall include the wife, husband, and X Whereas X equals the number of side chicks. There must be a 65 percent approval rating or above to add an excess of 12 or more. If the number ends in a decimal, no matter the number, unless it is the number 0, it will be rounded up, never down to the next whole number.

The husband also has the unequivocal power to replace any side chick with another of equal or greater value within a 24 hour time frame. Whereas replacing one side chick with another, even if the number exceeds 11, does not merit as needing a majority approval percentage.

As in such instance, the side chick is simply being replaced. Furthermore, if the number of side chicks exceeds 11 and one was dropped with the 24 hour time frame passed, the majority percentage approval would then come into effect.

Also, any side chick can be terminated at any given time without notice from the husband.

Each side chick will hold a billet to ensure the wife of the husband is adequately assisted.
From holding positions as, for example: designated cook, dishwasher, laundry, dusting, groceries, yard work, cleaning the the bathroom before and after the husband uses it, helping with the children (if applicable).

The husband will provide his own merit system. With each demerit resulting in punishment that shall not exceed 30 days.
Each merit given will draw a reward of the husband's choosing.

A side chick can not leave at her own free will. She must submit in writing to the husband, permission to repudiate being his side chick. After she is approved for dismissal, she must then serve an additional 30 days of being a side chick, unless the husband waived those options, which would be stated in the signed document that was first presented in writing.
