New strategies are needed to enhance awareness of SCD among African-American women of childbearing age. 100% increase on the public enlightenment of sickle cell disorder in nigeria,educating of doctors and nurses on sickle cell,special educational schools for sickle cell disoder patients, genotype checking should be adviced on all health levels,50% cut down on sickle cell drugs just as malaria,scholarship programes for sickle cell disorder patients,including principles for the care of children with sickle cell disease. All children with sickle cell disease will receive regular and ongoing comprehensive care within a medical home. All families of children with sickle cell disease should have adequate private and/or public insurance to pay for the services they need. All children with sickle cell disease will be screened early and continuously for special health care need Services for children with sickle cell disease and their families should be organized in ways that families can use them easily All Families of children with sickle cell disease will participate in health care decision-making at all levels and will be satisfied with the services they receive. All youth with sickle cell disease will receive the services necessary to make appropriate transitions to all aspects of adult life, including adult health care, work, and independence.
