   Comments: our power bill from jones onslow is forcing us to move back into base house.We can not afford a 350.00 power bill on our lance copal pay.This is a game to jones onslow.Your ripping the military off.How can you do this and sleep at night know that one of us is dying right now to save you butt!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Comments: I have called recently inquiring why I am being charged this tax. I was told that I would get a return phone call from Ms. Jones regarding this issue. I have not as of yet heard from her. I was told that I was being charged for my kilowattage used. As far as I knew I was already paying for the amount of kilowatts that I used for the month. Why am I being charged twice I feel that It is unfair that we have no choice but to pay for this crap. Jones Onslow is performing a monopoly on Onslow County.

    Comments: This is ridiculous, why are we paying a tax on electricity I understand that the electric companies can monopolize this area and charge whatever they want, but think about the people you are affecting. There are people who can barely afford electricity, then you impose this crap, it's just sad. If I had a choice as to who I could have my electric through, it wouldn't be Jones Onslow.

    Comments: Last month my bill was only $70 and that was with me and my husband home. This month it was $179!! And it is just me and I go to school and work full-time and I am rarely ever home! So I know that I didn't use that much electricity!

What if EVERYONE let them disconnect the power for these bills They would earn some darn money then!!!!Of course we would have to reconnect,but they would be busy for days,going to cut off and back to cut on!!! Maybe a couple of months of that would stop the robbery process!!!!

    Comments: I have a electric bill itself that is 160 and with all yuor WTPA charges and facilities charge i get a bill of 216.00 how can this be, you all need to do something about this, its getting to a point where we either have to freeze or roast can you cant afford to run your electric, this is absoulutely RICULOUS!!!!

The problem is what about the people who budget for so much of each bill and then they get this bill and they can't pay it then what I'm sure there saying well thats there problem but its not considering all my neighbors including me had a jump of are elctric bill and some are scared of where the extra money will come from.

    Comments: I would very much like to know why my bill increased. It almost doubled and I was using less energy than before. Every season my bill goes up depending on the weather and I use the same electrical appliances all year. I do not have air conditioning in the summer and I use oil heat in the winter but my bill changes just as if I do. I would like to know where my money goes
