The citizens of Onslow County NC demand, in depth, detailed answers as to why we have incurred a charge that has nearly doubled our electric bills in the months of January and/or February. We believe due to the warm winter this year that Jones Onslow EMC has found a way to make us pay for using LESS energy than we normally would have done this winter. We are requesting an investigation into what this,WPTA = Wholesale Power Tier Adjustment charge is connected to, and want detailed explanations to where this money is going DOWN TO EVERY LAST CENT! These citizens are prepared to form ranks, to take this problem to the next level if we feel we are not getting full co-operation from Jones Onslow EMC staff and representatives.
