I am honestly overwhelmed by how many neighbors have come forward to share their frustration. This momentum belongs entirely to you because I never imagined so many people would speak up at once. It is clear we are not alone in wanting real answers about these bills.

Living on fixed incomes makes the raises in electric bills even more difficult to pay.. something has to be done about the increased costs handed out by joemc
I moved from MI to NC this summer. My heat stays on 65. I want to know why my rate is so high and the bill is not broken down to show price per kwh.
JOEMC needs to be held accountable. They charge rates that have doubled my electricity bills.
they need to have the STATES ATTORNEYS GENERALS OFFICE to investigate possible fraud . They have very few laws & limitations placed on them being a private cost sharing company.

I requested an audit and even during my audit. The increase in “usage” couldn’t be explained.
