Since the lease is up in 4 years, there should not be a rush to make a rash decision now. I believe that accepting Winn's proposal will be very beneficial to the entire community.

    Comments: There have been many conflicting details in the news about the dollar amounts needed for an updated space for the downtown MCC campus and whether they have been secured. It is my opinion that any definitive vote on this issue be tabled until all parties, including the public tax payers,have received the correct information. The strategy of "sign a legal contract now-figure out how to pay for a project or service later" is not a sound strategy.
