    Comments: I believe MCC should remain at its current location - Sibleys- as it is the middle of downtown Rochester and will attract other businesses to locate there also because of the increased traffic. It will also save the taxpayers of Monroe County millions of dollars in taxes. Renovation costs at Kodak plus the cost of moving will be saved.
