The movie Shutter Island (which is based on the novel by Dennis Lehane) was filmed between mid-Spring to early Summer of 2008. Since then there has been a lot of anticipation from fans of the book, author, actors and director of Shutter Island. The film was said to be released on October 2, 2009, but due to complications there may be a delay for this movie from October 2nd to February of 2010. This is one of the most talked about and most anticipated movie of the year and I write this petition for all of the fans to still be allowed to see this movie on itâ
