Make it a punishable offense to picket, chant, block procession or otherwise harrass families/friends of veterans, and soldiers military funerals. Funerals are family affairs and deeply emotional times for friends and families.....families should be able to grieve without being harrassed. Friends should be able to show their last respects without the insult of protesters. It should be a punishable offense to be present in the cemetary or processional while picketing,holding any signage which would be derogatory to the deceased or the deceaseds family, chanting, singing, yelling or otherwise harrassing family and friends of the deceased.
