Final supporters
This petition is an appeal for justice so that something may be done to cease the furthering of an already terrible injustice happening in the Maricopa County Superior Court in case #CR2008-106594.
There are many dubious things/acts that have been committed by the investigators and prosecution. It appears that for reasons unknown, the (Arizona) State's actor's are manipulating the criminal justice system to obtain a conviction. It appears they are willing to cross the line and commit criminal acts in the prosecution of a man who seemed to use lethal force in self defense.
The investigators and prosecution have destroyed or "disappeared" seven pieces of exculpatory evidence. Combined, that exculpatory evidence would prove that the circumstances were that Mr. Stuart was physically attacked, through his car window while stopped at an intersection, by a very heavily intoxicated man. So Mr. Stuart, fearing for his life, used deadly force while still seated in his car with his assailant trying to pull him out through the driver's side window. That exculpatory evidence would prove Mr. Stuart's innocence of the charge(s) leveled against him by the Phoenix Police Department and The State of Arizona.
So, given the above very brief description and the developments of the case:
- WHY has the Phoenix Police Department lost all seven pieces of exculpatory evidence and yet has been able to keep the one piece they consider is inculpatory, even though that one piece is incorrect defined as a different gun.
- WHY, if the court ordered psychiatrist that examined Mr. Stuart said he was competent to represent himself that a judge can order that if Mr. Stuart tries to perform his own defense he will be jailed for contempt of court.
- WHY was Mr. Stuart charged as a terrorist for having three of some of the most important documents that were instrumental in the founding of this country, namely the Bible, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence, in his truck?
- How can officers if the public trust be allowed to conspire at such a level in the framing of a man who, the missing evidence would show, is innocent of the charges levied against him?
This petition is a plea for the powers that be in The State of Arizona to perhaps open up an inquiry into the irregularities of this case and perhaps prevent the heinous injustice of convicting an innocent man for a crime that did not happen.

The Phoenix Police Department thinks they can hide their corruption behind missing evidence and silence. We are pushing toward 250 signatures to make it impossible for the Maricopa County Superior Court to ignore this injustice any longer. Get this in front of five more people immediately so we can show them that we see exactly what they are doing.

The momentum behind this petition is undeniable and the corrupt actors in the Maricopa County Superior Court cannot ignore us any longer. You are forcing the state to face the reality that we see right through their blatant evidence tampering and manufactured cases.

We just hit 100 signatures and the pressure on Maricopa County is finally mounting. The prosecution thinks they can bury this case while evidence goes missing but they are sorely mistaken.

JUSTICE FOR JOHN. The system is so rigged it isnt even funny anymore. Free him now.
How do you 'lose' seven pieces of evidence? That doesnt happen by accident. Clear as day the state is hiding the truth.
Ridiculous. Everyone has a right to defend themselves when someone is literally grabbing them through a window. Total setup.
Self defense is not a crime. Stop the corruption.
This whole thing stinks. You cant just ignore someone defending their own life from a drunk attacker.
