I signed a deed agreement in December 2011 to purchase the building I've been renting. Wes assured me he would handle the rest of the paperwork. Our agreement is that Wes holds the note on the building. Wes has not filed my deed agreement so I have nothing to show for the money he's gotten from me. He's also not paid the overdue property taxes. In January he told me he'd taken care of it, a few weeks later he said he's about to take care of it. Still nothing. I've waited for months now for Wes to follow our agreement. Wes has bled me pretty much dry so I can't afford an attorney. Perhaps if he sees how many people know about his misdeeds and show support for me he'll finish what was started.
