This petition will, hopefully, open the eyes of Carroll County Public Schools to the dress code. Specifically the length of shorts. The length of shorts shouldn't be put into accordance with fingertip length, it should be mid-thigh. Short-shorts are not okay! But, mid-thigh? All the way!
