To whomever it may concern,
On behalf of the employees at ShopRite store 800 we would like to address the issue of the new placement of our beloved former assistant manager Tom Grady. As you may already know, Tom was recently asked to relocate to Shoprite store 802 as a result of a complaint. It’s not fair that someone who was as dedicated to their job as Tom was gets the boot. Tom loved every bit of his job and we would all love to see him back. He was not only a great employee to Shoprite and an asset but he was also there for any of the employees if we ever needed him. Tom was not just any superior; he understood what each employee goes through on a daily basis and if any one of us ever had a problem, he would do whatever he could to help us out. He was not just an assistant manager, but a good friend to many of us as well. As we see Tom go, we see a large part of us go with him. He doesn’t deserve to be transferred after working for the company for so many years because of complaints because we understand that Tom runs a tighter ship than most people, and is bound to get complaints because of it. However, we respect him for it because it makes him an extremely effective assistant manager

Joe Oliva, United States4 years ago Comments: Tom is a great manager, without him in this store won't run the same. Schedule's will be late, other people are required to put in more hours when they don't want to. Everyone is over worked, its not worth it. A couple of complaints doesn't matter!
