The SHMALT guild tabard needs a change. Change is not a thing which just happens, and yet it is necessary for a functioning society to move forward. We at SHMALT are a society of independent heroes, working together to defeat the most evil of foes. We deserve the opportunity to move forward; we deserve change. Action does not just happen, we need to make it happen. Let us make this change happen, and the only way we can achieve this is through the willingness of Mshate to make our guild a better place, for all current and all to come.

Additionally, I take it on assumption that as a guild, we have more males than we do females. This paper published in 2016 by Narain et.al., shows that men are significantly more at risk of cardiovascular diseases, such as a heart attack, then their female counterparts. I find it purely insensitive to have an image of a heart (although be it an anatomically inaccurate one) as the poster-head of our guild of (mostly) men. WE NEED CHANGE, AND WE NEED IT NOW.
