The basic premise is to create a situation where those in the medical profession must contend against each other over who will set health care cost. If anyone in the medical profession, doctors, labs, hospital etc., accept insurance that is the full amount of their compensation.They would no longer be allowed to charge the patient the difference. They would be allowed to opt out and become a cash only provider. They would receive no aid from our government. City, state or federal. Nor can they accept medicare or medicaid as they too are a form of insurance. These patients are charged the difference if they don't has supplemental policies.
