Time for Action on Sheriffhall Junction

The petition

We the undersigned:

- note that the Sheriffhall roundabout is now used by over 18,000 vehicles per day

- recognise that the 4800 new homes at Shawfair will place additional pressure on the junction

- express our concern at the appalling levels of congestion at Sheriffhall at peak-time, and

- call on Scottish Executive and its agency Transport Scotland to tackle the congestion by proceeding with a grade-separated junction without delay.
