Walworth County Board is considering the purchase of 195 acres of land along the White River to be used as a public park, as well as for hunting, trapping, fishing, cross-country skiing, hiking and a proposed nature center. This reasource would be free for everyone to enjoy. The board meets in August 2013 to make a final decision on the matter. Please help us to show our support for this public park project in getting as many signatures as possible. Unlike selling the land to a developer or retail chain, this project would allow the land to stay natural,and would be enjoyed for generations to come.
