As a resident of the State of Connecticut (or as a concerned individual directly affected by Connecticut laws pertaining to child custody) I strongly support and request that state legislators enact new legislation that establishes a legal presumption of shared legal and shared physical custody of minor children by both parents. I have been reading the personal stories you are all leaving here and I am truly humbled by the experiences being shared.
