The shared care law lobby needs changing. Although it promotes the well deserved message that children need both parents serious flaws lay with it. The shared care law needs changing as courts are putting parents rights before the childs rights. Children are being left with abusive parents all in the name of shared care. Children are also being forced to visit parents who are in prison. The family court needs to put the needs and rights of children first. Equal parental responsibility rather than equal time with parents due to child abuse issues. This petition will be to let the government know how bad the family law system fails children rather than help build the stable abuse free world these children need
