SWCC BYLAW ARTICLE VIII - Board of Directors
SWCC Bylaw Article 8.4 states in paragraph 5"In casting their ballots, members must vote for the number of candidates for which Board positions are available. Ballots with votes cast for more or less than the number of candidates for which Board positions are available will be voided"Propose that the paragraph be modified to say"In casting ballots, members shall vote for any number of candidates they choose, but not to exceed the number of open seats."
