Name: Eric Burtenshaw on Mar 22, 2011Comments: I am a former marine, and to see another marine suffer at the hands of his fellow marine(JAG)lawyer, disturbs my soul greatly. Killing is killing, and to think that there is justified levels that make it right, is to continue the downward spiral that only our great soldiers feel the brunt of our societies utter lack of knowledge. Let this man find the peace after the chaos we have created in his soul! Orders are the devils playground.Flag

Name: Justin Strayer on Jul 20, 2011Comments: This is BS, decorated or not, he is/was in a hostile invionment given orders and punished for those orders carried out while his officer commanding walks free????? He has served our great nation and has in turn earned our thanks and praises! This Judge Advocate needs to be replaced this is unacceptable behavior for any military officer especially when a mans life is on the line. Due process in a military court of law has failed....Flag

Name: Joe W. Shipp on Sep 9, 2011Comments: No one knows what its like to serve in that environment. The Govt. and people of this nation expect you to go to combat, kill and see your team members killed, then be a normal "sane" human being? Our troops are not machines, they are human, and go through hell in war. But are expected to come out without any problems after enduring so much mental trauma. That is rediculous! Semper Fi!Flag
