| 259 | Anonymous | Bike parks are an excellent use of city land, since it provides a SAFE environment for bike riding. The only major requirements are volunteers, permission, dirt, water, & signage. Liability issues would be the same as a skatepark. A bike park encourages exercise and promotes community as well as stimulates local economy.
