There is much speculation that Rangers Football Club wrongfully obtained a licence to participate in European competition as they had outstanding debts to the tax authority.
I would like to draw your attention to the Scottish Football Association rules and regulations, in particular article 8.2.20 of the Finance Criteria.
Can you confirm that Rangers Football Club met the criteria, set out by UEFA and the Scottish Football Association to enable them to rightfully obtain a licence from the Scottish Football Association for season 2011/2012?

Answers needed now. We deserve to know if the SFA actually followed their own guidelines or just looked the other way.
Getting tired of all these secrets and lies. Needs to be a full investigation into how this even happened.
If they broke the rules they should have been punished like anyone else. Sick of the favoritism

The rules are the rules. Why were they let off the hook when everyone else has to play by them? Total joke.
