There is much speculation that Rangers Football Club wrongfully obtained a licence to participate in European competition as they had outstanding debts to the tax authority.
I would like to draw your attention to the Scottish Football Association rules and regulations, in particular article 8.2.20 of the Finance Criteria.
Can you confirm that Rangers Football Club met the criteria, set out by UEFA and the Scottish Football Association to enable them to rightfully obtain a licence from the Scottish Football Association for season 2011/2012?
