    Comments: I am a Victim of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First degree, and it was his first offfense but to think that he might have gotten of with only 60 months, that's Crazy! What he did to me will be stuck with me for the rest of my life. The offender in my case got 20-50 years minus 2 days he'd already served and to me even that is a slap in the wrist compared to the punishment he gave me for having done nothing wrong execpt be born his daughter!

    Comments: Being a mother of a molested child I feel they should receive a LIFE sentence at the very least. The person who molested my child got nothing because he was a teenager and was proven not be a sexual predator. The test to prove this was given by social services. His mother worked for SS so she "helped" him with it. Our system truly sucks for the victims,especially the little ones.

    Comments: That's a joke...it sure takes more than 60 months for the victims to get over it. We need TOUGH laws against people who prey on our children, maybe if the punishment were high enough they would reconsider. Life sentence on 1st offense, these people can not be rehabilitated.

Child Molesting should have a life sentencing and when I say life I don not mean 25 lears I mean rought in prison.
