I am a college student with a major in criminal justice. I almost was a victim of a sexual assault, and I also recently found out that a sexually oriented offender that have twice been convicted of rape once of a minor, is living a little to close for comfort. I found that out by accident, had I not wondered upon a web site I would have never known.
