Comments: All of seville should be able to go to Riggs Elementary. It is a shame we are even in this argument! Chandler needs to make a way for this to happen. I'm considering home schooling if this doesn't go through. What other ridiculous ideas does the district have planned for our children if this simple common sense descision can't even be met!!!

Comments: As an original owner in a phase 1 of Seville this is rediculous that we would be separated from a school that was promised us when we toured Seville when looking for a home.

Comments: I am afraid that I will be pulling my hair out every school morning, having to get myself up and ready and my boys, (plural) up and ready, and then having to drive them 3.9 miles to their school, while knowing that there will be two (plural) schools less than 1 mile away, from my house of which I cannot go to.

Comments: The idea of having a school *inside* our master planned community that will be divided and then opened to *outside* communities is insane! Not only will it have an impact on our property values, but my children will have to continue to go to Weinberg, which is grossly over populated and over 10 minutes away from our home. We have to litter the streets with traffic just to take our child to school. It is a waste of fuel and time! Who ever thought of this plan obviously is not a resident of our community and has very little compassion for the residents who paid a great deal to live in what was supposed to be *premier* living. We did not move to Seville because of its location. We moved here because it offered all the things we wanted INCLUDING a school in the neighborhood.

Comments: I feel that the Seville community (Shea Homes) was crossed when the CUSD decided not to include the residence north of Chandler Heights. Of course the CUSD will say the the land was donated for a tax credit but shea home could have sold that land and made more that what was credit was worth. I do know that that is my opinion but will be discouraged with the CUSD if we (Northern Seville) will not be included and will know what the CUSD is about. Todd Steely Seville Resident
