I giribhatla Sravan Kumar want to compliant about justice regarding severe stalking and
Electronic harassment WITH HATRAM EFFECTS happening from last 5 years through
various electronic harassment tools and techniques.
I sravan Kumar born on 30-8-1974 residing at mahabubnagar, Andhra Pradesh, India state
that I have been victimized and mentally tortured since 2006.
The nature of my torture is such that there is some standard record tape played for the
whole World to hear and then at times they will induce thoughts.
I am seeking for a complete investigation by the CBI with the interference of the control
of law.
I feel they are using satellites or microwave cell phone towers and there is probably no
physical evidence that can be treated as its completely externally using electromagnetic
waves.
I have tried to take medical help from doctors, help from lawyers and counseled people.
This technology has the insane capability to manipulate memory, induce unwanted
thoughts.
This technology operates by spreading false rumors about the victim to the society and
then indirectly involves the society in executing its plan of torture.
