America needs stricter punishments for severe crimes. I would like to reinstate public hangings for the following reasons: 1. The money collected from selling tickets can go to the families of the victims. 2. Save money and space on prisons instead of holding people in a cell for many years costing taxpayers money 3. Help make America safe again. There is no reason to keep people alive. They know the punishment, don't do the crime. Many people have THEIR rights trampled by somebody who chooses to harm them. Our rights are more important than a criminals. 4. Knowing the offense and seeing that Americans are serious will cut down on crime. Example of Offenses that should be "One and Done": 1. Murder (except self defense or Manslaughter-accidental) 2. Child Molestation/Rape 3. Kidnapping and Endangering Once there is clear evidence of the crimes, the offender should be taken out and hanged or subjected to firing squad. Let's protect good citizens from those who take away our rights, safety and freedom
