John's family and friends know John is innocent of the charge and his four children and family want him home. RE: UNFAIR, UNREASONABLE AND COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE PROBATION FEES AND REQUIREMENTS We request fair treatment for John from the Rockwall County legal system with regard to bond amount, fines, probation fees and probation requirements so that he can spend time with and financially support or assist his four natural children and his five natural grandchildren. (John is currently broke and indigent because he spent all of his lifetime of carpenter wages on raising and supporting six children (four natural and two adopted).)  Despite his indigent status his bond and probation amounts required for his probation are: (Current bond amt.: $250,000; Current probation fees $150 down and $18 per day for ankle monitoring, plus $50 monthly probation fees, counseling fees($350 first month and then $200 monthly thereafter), fees and/or lost wages for the required Alcohol/Drug Assessment Program, confinement and treatment in substance abuse and cognitive intervention program for a total of 90 to 240 days (three to eight months), Supportive Out-Patient Substance Treatment Program, court cost fees ($353.00), court appointed attorney repayment fees ($6,675.00), other fees as required by his probationary terms, a month of community service (150 hrs.) ($7.25 x 150 = $1,087.50 lost wages) and a $10,000 fine, required of a 50 year old disabled minimum wage blue collar carpenter (completely and legally blind in one eye due to a nail gun misfire that completely destroyed his right eye, bad back due to serious prior work accident back injury, hernias, bursitis, high blood pressure and other health issues). If John is unable to to pay probation fee requirements his probation terms will be deemed to be broken and he will be incarcerated.  Total cost required of John to keep from being incarcerated for inability to pay probation fees: approx. $918.00 per month or a total of $145,415.00 payable to Rockwall or payable as required by Rockwall County. ($25,000 bond [10%]; $150; $63,360; $6,000; $350; $24,000; $9,280; $6,675.00; $600; $10,000). (How is John supposed to also pay on his annual salary of $15,000 per year: child support, food, rent, gas, auto, ins., utilities, phone, hygiene, medical, etc.?) John has never previously been convicted of any felony. John has been in Rockwall detention for over two years (25 months) since he is indigent and unable to pay $250,000 bond (sixteen months waiting on trial, and nine months waiting on appeal despite the fact that John did get probation from a jury, but the Rockwall County legal authorities added these financially impossible probation fees and terms to the jury's decision to release John on probation and his family has repeatedly requested his release or reasonable probation terms from the Rockwall legal authorities so he can be with his four natural children who miss and need him greatly).
