I strongly believe that sentencing of these offenders should be raised because too many of them are able to strike again. It has been in all of the news and I would like this to pass and to make a difference in our society. Too many people and especially animals are getting hurt because the offenders don't receive the maximum sentence and then they can get out and strike again and again.
