I was a victim of child molestation when I was a teenage girl by the same family member. He went to jail for this crime and then after getting out he came back and forced me to have sex with him again when I was 17yrs old. He went back to jail again and is now back out but I still worry about when he will try for a third time. I believe that the american judiciary system needs to raise the sentencing of these people for these offenses towards any human or animal. I believe the sentencing for any person who would molest or those who molest then murder their victims should be publicly hung with a sign around their necks stating why they were hung.For murderers I believe they should be publicly hung with a sign around their necks also.Please help me and your community by joining me in passing this petition into law!!
