Elon Musk, the owner/CEO of Space Exploration Technologies, also known as SpaceX, is seeking an older couple for his proposed manned flight to Mars. This is a mission that requires bravery and sacrifice, and personal risk. We the undersigned endorse the choice of senators John McCain and Lindsay Graham for this flight. They have both demonstrated bravery, most notably in their abject willingness to say anything without taking even a small amount of time to think it through first. Further, their long-held positions as expressed over the years have long since cemented them in American minds as Space Cadets of the first order. We implore Mr. Musk to give this high honor to Senators McCain and Graham - both for the advancement of science through exploration, and to secure the future of Earth by helping these two men go somewhere that they'll truly belong.
