Name: Eugene L. Failor on Feb 25, 2010Comments: In addition, semi-auto .22 rimfire rifles should be permitted for small game use. Many youngsters could get started hunting squirrels for instance, with a semi-auto rimfire. Hunter Safety courses can teach them proper and safe handling.Flag

Name: Cody on Feb 25, 2010Comments: There is no reason why we're not allowed to be hunting with them. They are no more dangerous than a bolt, lever or pump in the same caliber. I would have no problem spending 1200+ for something like an R-15 or R-25 if allowed to hunt with semi autos. But no way am i gona spend that kinda money to have to convert that gun into a single shotFlag

Name: Charlie Hinkle on Feb 25, 2010Comments: semi-automatic rifles should be legal for hunting in Pa with a clip capacity set to 5 rounds. Just as semi auto shot guns have there place in the hunting world in Pa so should semi auto rifles. would be nice to at least start off with them being allowed for varmint hunting and then moving forward with large game..Flag

Name: Frederick William Hinkson on Feb 25, 2010Comments: Semi-auto's should be legal in all respects for all game animals. From semi auto 22 handguns for small game to AR-10 type of rifles for big game. A capacity limit would be reasonable, but to outright not allow them is wrong.Flag

While you're at it at it something should be done about sunday hunting restrictions in Pa. You can fish and do just about anything else on sunday, hunting should also be allowed.Flag
