The Petition
The January 24th decisions by Halifax Regional Municipality 1. To sell the St. Pat's Alexander school property to a developer over the protests of community based not-for-profits who serve the people of the North End and
2. To rescind the HRM Policy which requires the Municipality to first offer publicly owned and surplus buildings to not-for-profit agencies in the neighbourhood BEFORE taking bids from developers are bad decisions and should be reversed.
