We as sellers on ebay have no rights. Ebay favors the buyers yet their pay comes from us, the sellers. We cannot express ourselves via negative or neutral feedback. Yet we have to accept their feedback even if they just don't like the item. We must accept returns on items even if the items are just not wanted or destroyed just to keep our status as their "top rated sellers". They take 10% of our sales and claim it's our business. They don't purchase our products, we do. They suck us dry and say we have rights but we have none. We want RIGHTS! We want to be able to leave feedback, we want to be able to have a fair return policy. We want lower fees, they are just advertising for us. They are doing sellers wrong on so many levels. Please sign this petition to get ebay to be fair to sellers and stop favoring the buyers and make everyone equal who uses the site.
