If you or someone you know has lost valuable "personal" items such as family heirlooms, family portraits, or jewelery, items that would only be of value to or you or your family, in a self storage company auction for non payment please read on. These items are most often thrown away. We want to hear your story. Sign the petition to change the law! Any and all personal items shall be returned to the family within 48 hours of auction.   Make sure you include the self storage company, auction date, list of personal items and your contact information.
