Selective Service is most commonly associated with Military drafts. When congress feels that our armed forces are not adequate enough to ensure security to the nation they draft soldiers to strengthen forces. This means that any male from ages 18 to 26 is eligible to be drafted. When men turn 18 it is mandatory by law that they register for selective service. If drafted, they must comply or be charged with draft evasion. These men are fathers, husbands, brothers, and sons. Join our fight to end selective service and keep our men safe.
