We expect the products we purchase from you to be of a high standard to complement our workmanship. Being professionals we are at the front line of our trade, we do not need patronised by members of your techinal staff when problems in your paint are highlighted. We request impartial answers to our queries, if problems can't be resolved after discussions with a knowlegeble member of your techinal staff (not just from script reading) we would like fair compensation as it is our livelyhood and reputation on the line. We would like advance knowlege of improvements in your products, if we are to generate sales of your materials through association we need much better product support than what we are getting.
