   Comments: Sedona is wonderful child. Natali is a very good mother and Sedona has always come first .This would not be right if Sedona could not stay with her mom. Sedona is a smart girl and she has always been taken care of in every way by her mom. When we stop listening to our children it has become a said day in the world we live in. This case needs to be looked at closer with an open mind.....

   Comments: I am Sedona's librarian and know her & her mother outside the school setting, as well. They are wonderful and have a wonderful and loving relationship. What a tragedy to take a young girl from her loving mother and an environment she loves for no just reason.

   Comments: Sedona is a very sweet and loving young lady. She and her Mom seem to have such a wonderful relationship. I know she wants very badly to stay with her. God Bless all of you and my prayers will be with you as decisions are made on her behalf.

    Comments: Sedona is a bright and happy child. She comes to my class smiling and ready to work, with no difficulty whatsoever. As a professional educator, I am trained to look for signs of abuse or neglect in children and I see none of those signs in Sedona. She is a beautiful young lady with a bright future ahead of her. As one of her teachers, it is my hope that she be returned to her mother in Texas where she is the happiest.

    Comments: I went through something very similar 2 years ago when I divorced my husband. He won custody of our now 5 1/2 year old girl. He hasn't the first clue on how to raise a child but the court found in his favor because he makes 4 times as much money as I do (yet I have no problem providing for my child in any shape form or fashion) and ownes a big house in Sugar Land, TX (might house isn't quite as big but it is home). I wish you all the luck in the world. I wish someone would have brought something like this to my attention when I went through my battle. I know the judge would have reversed the ruling but now I have to save up my money to take my ex back to court so I can have my little girl back (which by the way tells her dad almost every day that she rather live with me, her mommy). My heart goes out to you and I hope that this petition helps you to achive what you want (to stay in Texas with your mom).
