    Comments: The attempt by SIC to change the initiation & dues structure for entry level memberships is a continuation of the arrogance shown by the (annointed) powers that be against the great unwashed(non-resident property owners). At some point we must all learn the hard way, that there is no truly free lunch. Insiders at Seabrook always think they can get others to buy their lunch and if the outsiders(suckers) continue to believe this self-serving propaganda by the insiders.....there is no saving themselves anyway......buyer beware...... Vote Yes on both referenda....even though 2 is better than 1, 1 is better than NONE.....
