This petition is in oppostion of Section 50X: MH manufactured home zone. The Argo, Alabama zoning board held a public hearing on Wednesday Dec. 13, 2011 at 6 p.m., regarding an amendment to city's zoning ordincane. The zoning amendment would essentially alter the current zoning of a portion of the city off Roulaine Road from high density residential to manufactured home zoning. The proposed amendment passed. Please sign this petition, to be presented to the city council, opposing this amendment. If city council passes the amendment our property values will drop, there will be alot more traffic, and the possiblity for higher crime rates. We need to clean up argo and make a great place for all of us to live so please sign and join me in opposing this amendment.
