Patricia WellsAll Americans should be allowed to vote & be counted.
Bill MyersI have always been a yellow dog Democrat but if the Americans that live in Michigan and Florida don't get there voice"s heard I may have to vote the other way. It is not the way of the Democrates I no would do things. It is not out way to leave people out. What is wrong with our party anyawy.AR
AnonymousWhat happened to the fact we have 50 states not 48. This is supposed to be a democracy land of the free and home of the brave, I never heard that FL & MI weren't a part of America. After being a democrat for better than 40 years if MI & FL aren't seated as they were voted no compromise and if the popular vote must also be counted as certified I will be working as hard as I can to get John Mccain and all future republicans in office. My parents would rollover in their graves if they knew what the democratic party is trying to doNJ

Sharon GodwinWe need a fair election. All votes should be counted and the delegates seated. Democrats are not a democracy and cannot count on my vote in November.OR
AnonymousCount Florida and Michigan If they are not counted I will stay home in Nov. We deserve our rights and each vote needs to be counted !!!NC
Sgt. Dave MichaelsYou need someone strong and experienced to go up against an experienced war hero like McCain. A Bozo like Obama will never beat McCain. A warrior with experience and a record of accomplishments like Hillary would beat McCain. I f the DNC is too stupid to see that - screw them all. I'll vote for McCain if the choice is McCain or Bozo. Bozo doesn't want your votes counted, and the DNC is probably dumb enough to anoint him even though Hillary is the one ahead in the people's votes, so it's - Congratulations McCain.CO
Randy LeonardThanks DNC for making what should have been an easy win for the Democrats out of reach. The GOP of Florida did this..and you fell for it....way to go!!! Seat all our delegates or Florida is going RED in November!FL
AnonymousCount the votes in Florida and Michigan! The ploy to rig the nomination for Obama is obvious. The result will be defeat. Obama's lawyers refused to allow a paid-for revote. Wonder why? Whose afraid of voting? It is not a good idea to have a power struggle within the Democratic Party when one candidate is all smoke, mirrors, and the Chicago machine. Kerry and Daschle asked McCain to be Kerry's VP in 2004. At least he is qualified.CA
AnonymousAs a lifelong Democrat and fifteen year veteran college professor, I want to share my sincere thoughts with you about seating Florida and Michigan delegates, and the upcoming DNC Rules Committee meeting slated for May 31, 2008. My mother was a superdelegate during four presidential elections, and a member of the DNC. Despite my mother's political activism, I've not been politically involved (which I regret) until this presidential race. When the strongly Clinton favored primary states of Florida and Michigan were unseated, I was stunned. I later learned that these states had held primaries outside the DNC approved timeline. I gathered from multiple news outlets that the problem for Florida involved the state’s republican controlled legislature, and the machinated agenda that resulted in the disenfranchisement of millions of Florida voters. Even later, when a re-vote in both Michigan and Florida was approved by the respective state leaders and paid for without using tax dollars, Senator Obama declined. Like millions of other Americans, I believe his refusal to provide these important states a voice in the nomination of our Democratic presidential candidate, initiated the fracture of our Democratic party. Senator Obama’s repudiation of the aforementioned revote afforded his campaign an unfair advantage, with delegates from only 48 states counted and seated at the convention. Since Senator Obama refused a revote, delegates from both states need to be seated proportionate to the primary electoral votes. Virtually all of my Florida-residing friends and relatives have indicated that because they feel betrayed by the Democratic Party (they believe the DNC didn’t champion their cause), they will not cast their votes for the Democrat in November. The consequence for this primary process debacle is the probable loss of millions of liberal, moderate, and conservative democrats, who will vote in force for McCain if Florida and Michigan voter’s voices continue to be silenced. For many lifelong Democrats, our loyalty to democratic ideology is deeply held. However, unless each and every vote is counted, and delegates from both Florida and Michigan are seated fairly, many of us will have to seriously consider whether or not the Democratic Party is loyal to us.
ARLENE BLASENUP UNTIL NOW , I THOUGHT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE`S VOTE WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING WITH ELECTIONS . NOT SOME SUPER DELEGATE OR DELEGATE , DECIDING ON WHO IS GOING TO BE THE CANDIDATE FOR THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION .I BELEIVE THAT FLORIDA AND MICHIGANS VOTES SHOULD BE COUNTED.IT IS ONLY THE FAIR THING TO DO.NY
Anonymouswhat in God's name is wrong with you people??? where is your head??? 50 states elect a president, not 48. ..a 2000 replay similarly. stop the insanity. dems are going to vote for mccain!!!!!!!!!!!!! SEAT THEM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!NC
Shirley BeverlyI will not vote for any other candidate but Hillary!!MI
Anonymous572,129 Michigan Democrats voted in the Democratic primary even though two of the three frontrunners for the nomination had voluntarily pulled their names from the ballot. This was there own fault. They could have left them on the ballot's. 1.7 million Floridians voted in the Democratic primary. Count them now or don't count on vote's in November.FL
AnonymousYou must have all the delegates be seated in MI & FL. that is the American way. There were ways to have a revote in both states without costing the states any money and it was turned down by one of the candidates. What happened to the most powerfull country in the world that the residents of 2 states are left out of the voting process. All delegates must be seated as they were voted no compromise a vote for every person. The votes were counted and certified but they'e not being counted where it counts. These 2 states must be countedTN
AnonymousI am nearly done with the democratic party. The treatment of Ms. Clinton is despicable. The way that you allow elections to be stolen is pathetic. I have been a dem all my life. Change is coming an it ain't Obama.UT
Kristin KuhlmannDemocracy for Democrats!NM
Taylor ParkerMI
Cindy ScottCount the votes in Florida and Michigan or do a revote. What has happened to my democratic party? You have pushed us to be independants....CA
Gordon EgglestonThe Florida delegation should be seated just as the people voted since Clinton, Edwards and Obama were all on the ballot. The Michigan delegation should be seated just as the people voted since Clinton was on the ballot, and since Edwards and Obama both forfeited the race by removing their name from the ballot. (The "uncommitted" Michigan delegates must also be seated as uncommitted delegates... not assumed to be for Obama.)FL
AnonymousSeat FL and MI!MO
Bruce VissingOH
BENSON SLADE MILLERThe delegates from FLORIDA and MICHIGAN should be counted and credited to the winner, HILLARY CLINTON. To not count these delegates would taint the election, rob the citizens of those two states of their voting rights (which was done in 2000 in Florida), and make the US politcal system look scripted.AL
Anonymousif you dont count michigan and florida votes you can count me out in novemberIN
Andy LantPlease count all of Florida and Michigan's vote. Reason: Simple, Florida has a republican leadership and it was their decission to move the election forward, now the democratic party punishes the Floridian and Michigan voters (again) which they have no right to do so. If our votes in Florida and Michigan are not counted, I will switch parties. Hillary MUST WIN, she earned it, and deserves it. Otherwise, you just lost a whole family of democrats.
AnonymousCount every vote! Florida should be counted AS IS because Clinton, Edwards and Obama were all on the ballot. Michigan delegates should be seated as well. Edwards and Obama chose to remove their names and lost by forfeit. Uncommitted Michigan delegates should be seated as uncommitted delegates.CT

AnonymousI will not vote for the democratic party until you clean up your undemocratic way of handling the electionTN
olah michael canadyEVERY VOICE HEARD. EVERY VOTE COUNTED. WE WILL NOT BE IGNORED. STOP DOING THE REPUBLICANS' JOB FOR THEM.OR
Jim & Claire DonovanPRESIDENT HILLARY CLINTON 2008 . . For Her Experience, Accomplishments, Knowledge, Maturity, Judgement, and Her Ability to Bring Unity, Peace and Prosperity. . . . .Don't let Obama and the DNC deprive FL and MI of their right to democracy.OH

Vince BorjasIf Florida and Michigan are not counted, I will no longer be a member of the Democratic Party. I find the politics used to favor Obama over Clinton are inexcusable. It is clear she is the stronger candidate. She would have already won if it were by electorial college vote, like the Republicans used and like the General Election will use. Taking this primary out of the voters hands by disenfrancising their votes and listening to the majority of the people will be the biggest mistake you have made Mr. Dean. If you don't count all the votes I will not support the party. Good LuckCA

AnonymousCount the votes. It's a disgrace to the country that you would not count votes on honest hard working americans. You need to get your act together or we will vote you out. The needs of millions out way the needs of the few who made such a bad decision. Fix this or you will be blamed for losing the election. Think Florida doesn't count after what happen in the last election? All votes count period!CA

Carolyn DarityI've already sent an email to Howard Dean stating that if Hillary is not the Democratic Nominee for President and if MI and FL votes and delegates aren't included in the count, I will leave the Democratic party after 40 years of straight party voting.
Judith L NelsonWre have had a Replican Admistration for 8 years who does not Govern by the will of people but by the will of the "Decider" George Bush" The worst President we have had in 200 years. I'm a Democarate and I beleive people vote Corporations and Foreign Government do notHI

AnonymousIf MI & FL aren't counted as voted you might as well turn the clock back to when women couldn't vote and "blacks" were slaves. Selecting a group of people and take their rights away to count their votes on this issue what will we be stripped of next This like the 18 & 19th century not the 21st. What makes the DNC have the right to ignore 2.5 million voters. The voters didn't make the rules yet the DNC decided to punish them. What's worse Mr. Obama refused a revote at no cost to the states and the DNC are stupid enough to let 1 man control 2.5 million people. What is the DNC and Mr. Obama afraid of to decline a new vote? The 2.5 million voters from MI & FL must be counted as they voted not a compromise. If only some voters are counted the government should only collect taxes from some of the people. Each and every vote must be counted as voted no compromise .NJ

Anonymousthe voters came out in record numbers....count the votes as the people voted...is this still a democracy? state law mandated the jan 29 date in fla....that was manipulated by the republican majority and governor who threatened to veto legislation if date changed...don 't disenfranchise the voters.........FL
William E. LeBrunThe people of Florida and Michigan should be represented at the Democratic convention. The Democratic party seems to be following the path of the Republican party of ignoring the popular vote.TX
