The safety of our children is the responsibility of everyone!! There have been numerous school bus accidents were children were injured and some even killed. This is a monstrosity! Our Government continually blames the economy and budget cuts as to why they cannot purchase seatbelts for every school bus. Additionally it is a requirement that every driver and his/her passengers wear a seatbelt when driving but not a requirement when carrying our most precious commodity - our children. Let's make our government and school system accountable to our children by requiring that a law is passed mandating seatbelts in ALL school buses.
