    Comments: For nearly a year, I've been requesting archives of the ARP minutes and bylaws from Ruedrich, who has refused to respond. Every dialogue I've entered into with Ruedrich has not only been disappointing, but indicative of characteristics I wouldn't expect to find in a man of honor and integrity. Therefore, I find that his allegations and charges couldn't possibly have any merit.

Just as Randy was protected by a fair reading of the rules (those who wanted him to be removed must bring charges), so must the new chair (whether I like him or not) be protected by a fair, impartial reading of the rules.
